Este estudio es un ensayo prospectivo no aleatorizado para el tratamiento de fracturas del maléolo medial utilizando tornillos biodegradables a base de magnesio (Mg), magros, bioabsorbibles, libres de elementos de tierras raras (REE) en el esqueleto adulto

Esta primera investigación clínica prospectiva de reducción y fijación de fracturas utilizando tornillos ZX00 delgados, bioabsorbibles y sin REE mostró excelentes resultados clínicos y funcionales.
