Bhupesh Mahawar Well done dr Varun– minimum hardware, good reduction.
But 2 thing 2 say,
u’ve used cancellous fully threaded screws with big head n is beautifully embedded in reduced bone, so whats d use of washers as washer is meant 2 prevent sinking of screws.
Secondly don’t u think prox screw may hinder TA insertion- irritation more enhanced by washer. -
Varun Chouhan @ Bhupesh Mahawar.I used k wires to reduce it initially. While giving traction they got bent and entry point became oval and large.I used same tract to put screws after reduction. To avoid risk of embedding head while final tightening I used washer.
